It's not Business it's Personal

If I don't Own you I will crush you...

Amazon Business

Message From Executive Customer Relations
Hello Niecey,

Your review wasn't within our guidelines, so it has been removed. I understand you're upset and I regret that we haven't been able to address your concerns to your satisfaction. However, as previously stated, we do not permit reviews or votes on the helpfulness of reviews that are posted in exchange for compensation of any kind, including payment (whether in the form of money or gift certificates), bonus content, entry to a contest or sweepstakes, discounts on future purchases, extra product, or other gifts.

Customer Reviews are meant to give customers unbiased product feedback from fellow shoppers. Because our goal is to surface Customer Reviews that help customers make informed purchase decisions, any reviews that fall outside of our guidelines will not be posted. I'm sorry, we'll not be able to offer any additional insight or action on these matters, and any further inquiries on this matter won't receive a response.

We appreciate your understanding.

Best regards,

Abigail R.
Executive Customer Relations
Thank you for choosing Amazon Business.

This is the resolution I received from the tycoon company Amazon. My feelings were hurt, my ego bruised because I know this may be stated as LAW in the Amazon Rules but it is accepted practice in the Indie book community.

My research took me to 15 companies who have reviewers post their reviews to Amazon after these books are gifted to the reviewer. Most do it via email, some do it via Amazon gift card. Some even have the author place the book on “free” giving the reviewers two – three days to download the book. After an acceptable amount of time, these books receive reviews that are “helpfulness of reviews that are posted in exchange for compensation of any kind, including payment (whether in the form of money or gift certificates), bonus content, entry to a contest or sweepstakes, discounts on future purchases, extra product, or other gifts.”

My problem is I was honest, up front and stated beyond a shadow of a doubt that the book was a gift. These eBooks were gifted directly from the author to our company, and then loaned to anonymous readers who wrote reviews. However, "honesty" doesn’t appear to be what Amazon honors. Why? Only they can truly answer that question. But should I shut down, what could prove to be, one of the greatest ideas for helping Indie Authors? I think not! I’ve decided to become Amazon’s book review competition.

We are told by
Bezos founded in 1994 after making a cross-country drive from New York to Seattle, writing up the Amazon business plan on the way. He initially set up the company in his garage.[26] He had left his "well-paying job" at a New York City hedge fund after learning "about the rapid growth in Internet use", which coincided with a then-new U.S. Supreme Court ruling holding that mail order catalogs were not required to collect sales taxes in states where they lack a physical presence."[16]
If Amazon could start in a local barn selling second-hand books to any who would stop long enough to pick out one or two, then I can continue by using my landing page and other key sites to post “legitimate reviews” for Indie Authors, that will help to drive up their book sales: for that is the ultimate name of the game.

Although Amazon looks good on the outside, it is not the only game in town. It is simply the largest and is very overwhelming game in town.

I continued to search and found over 100 actual reviews where the review stated the item (to include books/eBook) was free. I am done with fight and have processed refunds for my clients. But this is only the beginning.

The Art of War by Sun Tzu is what I will leave you with... you may pick up a copy wherever books are sold...I got mine from Amazon. If I left a review, it would be taken down. Why? It was a gift. Although the author did not ask for a review...

On another note our Bi-Annual Event has open booking. Help us spread the word. Support our HeadTalker and Thunder Clap.

Articulate Communication Publications, SLLC

Read with us

We currently have three clients and we love all of them. We want more, we need more and yes, we are still hiring.

If you love to read, we want you to work with us and for us as soon as you can sign up. (  I need an excuse to hire a full time person to assist me with the paperwork. So if I can get 13 new clients and 38 new readers we will happily hire you too.

Our current client is Drew Sera. This is what she told us in April 2016

Drew told us she started writing In July 2014. I had wanted to write this story for a while before I actually sat down and said, “I’m going to do this finally.”

She is motivated to create deep, complex characters that readers will connect with…”I’m also motivated to have my book series land with a (mainstream) publisher.”

Drew refuses to give up until my goal of having the complete series written and published. Then ‘she’ can say ‘she gave’ it her all. BUT the ultimate result will be when she achieves ‘a book contract with a publishing company for my book series, “The Everett Gaming Series”’

When Drew is not following this passion, you can find her reading books from other authors in her genre. She loves romance and erotica novels with good plots and engaging characters. Drew is at her best when she is in the company of close friends or at home in a quiet space left to write. Writing brings a sense of calmness to her.

Drew has a great support system of

“Friends in the indie writing community and am relying on their word of mouth to spread word of my book.”

The one thing Drew wants everyone to know about her is:

“The Everett Gaming Series is very dear and close to my heart. I spent many years crafting deep, complex characters that I hope people will love and connect with. I also want everyone to know about the incredible photographer that did the cover images for my books. He goes by the name Depraved Eros and is a fantastic friend and photographer.”
I enjoy communicating with Drew, she is open honest compassionate and caring. We recently found out we both live in Nevada. One day we are going for a Smoothie. Probably not until August but this has been a heck of a year. Our company is brand new growing rapidly. We are looking to take on more clients and expand by the end of the year to translating books into Spanish before the end of the year. Our Author Spotlight goes live in less than a month. I can barely keep up with myself. The possibilities are endless. Please stay tuned.

Pick up a copy of the first two books in the “Everett Gaming Series” ( because the third book is just around the river bend.
